Well, that is not exactly true! Most other limo companies would book shared ride car for you and not even tell you about it. If you request a privite ride, they'll charge you as much as we do. For the comfort and safety of our customers, we don't even offer shared rides. Does your limousine company promise that they will be on time or they will give you a free ride?

Absolutely outstanding! I cannot say enough about the professionalism with this company. Peter was my driver and I was beyond impressed from the initial phone reservation to the final airport drop off. I have used several different car services in different states and American Limo of Naperville is by far the best. Peter was on time and did several confirmations from the moment I booked until the time of pick up. Peter was so courteous and polite. I typically don't talk the entire ride but because he was so kind and truly engaged in our conversation, we ended up chatting all the way to the

Above and beyond the service one would expect.
The person who takes the reservation was so pleasant and customer-focused. I forget her name now, but she was excellent.
They worked with us on several changes due to changes in scheduling at church, restaurant and pictures.

I’ve been using this Limo service for years and have always had a great experience. From the friendly and quick service on the phone to book the reservation, to the rides to and from the airport, these guys are great! Always on-time for pickups, very clean cars and of course friendly drivers. Plus, they support our veterans! Highly recommend!!

We recently used American Limousine for rides to/from O'Hare for our vacation. I was a little nervous because last time I used a limo service w/ a different company, they were an hour late and we had a horrible experience. They were less expensive than American Limo, but I realize you get what you pay for! American Limo was GREAT. I booked easily online and received email confirmations. I also got a text message with the driver's name and direct phone number the morning of our pick up and when he was on his way - I loved the updates! Our driver was about 10 minutes early and arrived

It may be unfair for me to write a review as I never made it to the actual pickup. I have a regular car service I typically use and have never had a problem with, but I found this company online and it was a couple dollars cheaper and I liked that they donate part of the proceeds to veterans.
I made the reservation online for a round trip airport drop off and pickup. The process was easy enough although the web design was a bit cheesy. When I got the confirmation I noticed that the dates were reversed and the pickup time was off by 30 min. I might believe that I reversed the dates, but I know

I recently used American Limo Naperville for taking my wife and I from our home to the airport for our honeymoon and we were VERY HAPPY with this company and our driver! Our driver was very friendly, professional, and sociable!! We enjoyed talking with him and he was very funny and took care of us by loading our bags, opening our doors and just being very polite! The car was very nice and clean and did not smell of smoke!! The driver was right on time and even made a stop at starbucks so we could get some coffee which was AWESOME and he received a tip on top of the gratuity that was already

I have tried a number of limo services through the years and this one is a definite winner.
It takes a bit to get to an actual person when you call, but worth the effort.
Punctual, clean vehicles, no lingering smoke smell in the car, driver does not have smoke smell on his/her clothing.
Now here is my question. Since you ask for a phone number to let me know the driver has arrived, why won't you just call my house number rather than send me a text on my cell phone? I get modern technology, but maybe, could you offer that option? Cell or home?
I do appreciate the written e-mail confirmation
