I’m not even a patient yet and this place is already giving me a hard time. I’ve been trying for about two weeks to get a hold of this office to schedule an appointment for therapy and they never answer the phone (I call at different times to try my luck). I’ve left voice mails and never hear back. There’s an email on their website and it doesn’t even work. I got an automated email saying that the receiver wasn’t able to receive emails. This is ridiculous. I just want therapy.

I am very grateful for Main Street Counseling. My therapist has been terrific: I’ve been seeing him for several years on and off, & I look forward to all my sessions. The place is very convenient, pleasant & clean. My only complaint is that they’re not open on Fridays or Saturdays, & they don’t do medication management. I’d still recommend this place.

I’ve been coming here since early November for help with my depression and it’s been a pleasure speaking with my counselor every visit. She has offered me a great deal of emotional support and I’m very grateful for having had her as a friend and guide. I’ve recently switch over to another institution to begin cognitive and behavior therapy but it’s been an absolute pleasure coming here and receiving the necessary help. I highly recommend Main Street Counseling.

This place is trash. They set me and my daughter up with therapists only to be told that our therapists weren't permanent and were being let go due to lack of funding. I was promised new therapists right away for both of us. It's been nearly 2 months and I haven't heard anything. Not even a follow up call to see if we're ok.
