Depression (major depressive disorder or clinical depression) is a common but serious mood disorder. To be diagnosed with depression, the symptoms must be present for at least two weeks.
Cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) is a common type of talk therapy (psychotherapy). Nonsuicidal self-injury, often simply called self-injury, is the act of deliberately harming the surface of your own body, such as cutting or burning yourself. It's typically not meant as a suicide attempt. Rather, this type of self-injury is an unhealthy way to cope with emotional pain, intense anger and frustration.
Anger management is the process of learning to recognize signs that you're becoming angry, and taking action to calm down and deal with the situation in a productive way. Anger management doesn't try to keep you from feeling anger or encourage you to hold it in. Anger is a normal, healthy emotion when you know how to express it appropriately - anger management is about learning how to do this.

DO NOT COME HERE! HORRIBLE! I called a month ago seeking help for therapy sessions. Lady that handles all the incoming patients stated that she would give me a call once my insurance is verified. A MONTH later, STILL NO CALL. I call today & start exposing the issues about not hearing from them & how I’m feeling. She basically says “ I can’t be seen now because of my circumstances. Mind you, I wasn’t feeling like this a month ago. Over the course of the month it got worse. I call back just for her to tell me I can’t be seen. She neglected to reach back out to me when I call the company

Gianna helped me overcome a very low point in my life. At first I was reluctant to attend counseling, but she made me feel extremely comfortable. She is very reliable, motivating, and really proves how much she cares about her clients! Within just 10 months I have drastically improved mentally, emotionally, and physically - with her guidance. I would definitely recommend her! With her help, I am able to maintain such a positive mindset and lifestyle. She’s the best!
