My dad, my uncle, my brothers and myself all go to this guy and he is a solid mechanic. Very knowledgeable regarding anything to do with any kind of vehicle. Our cars have truthfully only spent one, maybe two days max at his shop for pretty significant issues. He has connections everywhere to get parts, components, etc.. and he is able to get things done very quickly and efficiently. This is one of those people who you want in your corner if something needs done for your vehicle. Thanks for everything Tao!

I have been taking my car to Tao for a few years now and I am so grateful to have him as a mechanic. He has done my inspection several times and has always does great work. He has corrected exhaust problems that I had that stemmed from trips to a previous mechanic when I first moved to the Pittsburgh area 5-6 years ago. After my most recent inspection my car started making a squealing noise. We suspected it was one of the belts but couldn’t pinpoint which one. He took his time and replaced belt after belt until finding the source of the problem. He fixed the problem and now the car is running

Really wonderful customer service from the owner today. I was a first time customer but this will become my go to auto shop moving forward for future repairs and inspections - I was able to get a wheel bearing replaced same day of initial phone call for a consult and was charged what I think was a very fair price for the labor & part I needed. Very happy with my experience.

Tao's treated me GREAT! My clutch master cylinder went out right before Thanksgiving. Tao's was able to recommend a tow company, acquire the OEM part (not aftermarket), and have it completely done in less than 48 hours!!! I was in a bind, needed it done fast, and RIGHT, and Tao's delivered!!!!! I will definitely go back there again. I'm also a car guy, and very particular with my car, so it means something that I'm happy with their work :)

I used TAO's for about 5 years now and took my Honda Odyssey, Lexus IS250 and Subaru Outback for service for various reasons to this place and can say I am fully satisfied. I had issues at Subaru dealership where they would not put the wheel properly and damaged my lug bolts, forgot to fully put in the cap for radiator, etc. but so far have not had those issues at this place. I also asked to do some repairs and Mr Tao told me those where not needed. I see other 1 star reviews here from people with a single review - very suspicious who those people are...

Took my daily commuter in for an inspection and this place attempted to bend me over on obviously made up issues. I do all the normal repairs and maintenance on my car and am very aware of the condition most parts are in, Id inspect the thing myself if I could. DO NOT GO HERE IN HOPES OF A CHEAP INSPECTION. This guy is a crook and will try to get you to pay for repairs that do not exist.

Do not go here for inspections! I drive a 2010 Ford Focus in perfect condition and they failed my car because the fog light was out so I said okay, I'll get that fixed and bring it back. I then brought the car back to get the stickers and then they still didn't pass it because they said the fog light glass was cracked, which is not a required light. I fixed the whole fog light assembly to make sure it wasn't going to be the fog light that fails the car. I brought my car back for a third time and then they told me something new that my rear brakes were bad even though they were just

Had a perfect working car and dropped it off for state inspection. When I picked it up it now magically has an air bag alarm, rear taillight and break lights out and not working which he told me has been there all along. I think I would have noticed it!!!! Don't go to this guy he'll rip you off in a heart beat for an extra 200. What a joke!!!!!
