I went there today to for tires, Tina was not friendly or helpful. I didn't know my size tire, she had me go look for her instead of looking on the computer. She had an attitude from the moment I walked up to the counter. She told me it would be about an hour & a half I went out to my car to wait..while waiting I decided I would like to have a drink & something to snack on while I waited. Just so everyone knows, if you buy tires here and something happens that's not a factory default in the tire, they WILL NOT replace it or fix it in any sort.
4 all new tires for an SUV. Less than 3 months later my tire popped camping. No idea how just happens. They basically laughed me off the phone! Never going back and im very disappointed I loved this shop in the past

This is a typical Western PA business. Not as fancy schmancy as your local Goodrich Tire store. The waiting area has well worn furniture most likely dragged in from the home of the owner. And a huge dog wander around the office looking to be your friend. But they always have someone available to help you right away. On my most recent visit, I needed to get the oxidation scraped from my Camry's aluminum wheels. Most tire stores don't even know you have to do this! They noticed my tread was virtually gone, (I don't drive much), and helped me pick out new tires. They were balanced
