I always felt I was paying too much for my homeowners insurance through another insurance company. I reached out to Pedro Luis for help. To my surprise there were several discounts, I should have been receiving. State Farm has a great reputation and I am now saving over $1,000 on my premium by following his advice. I should have reached out to Pedro many years ago!

Terrible customer service. The staff is very unprofessional and are not willing to help you. After having been a State-farm for over 10+ years they dropped one of my family members for a miscommunication error. It is truly sad especially their agent Ana. Ana is the most unsympathetic and inefficient person I have ever spoken with. Carlos Luis Agency should be embarrassed. Alex on the other hand showed some more willingness to help with the situation but unfortunately was not open too. I do not recommend this agency what so ever.

Would like everyone to know State Farm agency Luis Gonzalez on bird road is the worse, terrible customer service and laugh when you ask why my insurance went up “sorry your insurance went up try citizens insurance” words directly from their agent. Strongly recommend any other agency except this one or State Farm period

Worst customer service recieved by Agent Doris in this location. Honestly I will not be coming back to this location or ensure my car in State Farm. (The only person very helpful in this location is Adriana and I thank her for all her help).
If anyone is considering to ensure a car or any other service, I suggest Geico as a better option.

Horrible service and experience. Had the State farm headquartera contact them about all my issues, there has been several in over a year of service, was never contacted. Agents aren't knowledgeable about product, discounts, bundles etc. State farm has excellent insurance and rates however these agents are not doing State farm any justice. Am switicbing agents asap. Very unhappy with the service from day one but wanted to give them a chance....big mistake on my part.

Carlos Luis agency is the best in the business. If you need insurance or financial services I highly recommend this agency. They are very caring professionals that will work hard to get you the best rates. They are honest and have a large staff that act more like a family than a insurance company. They will go above and beyond to take care of their customers needs. I'm not sure what the deal is with the negative review but I encourage you to call them and decide for yourself...

A year later I wanted to add Flood insurance, but after being stalled by Lourdes for weeks I bought this insurance through another State Farm agent. They could get it within a few days. I was a little surprised by the bad service of Lourdes, but I did let it go.
This year in February I noticed that the car insurances once again was raised, but this time by 11%. Not just the 1.5% that is stated on the notice, so I started checking with other insurances. I found a price
