It is a not-for-profit organization governed by a Board of Managers composed of volunteers who are competent and compassionate citizens of the community, and is managed by Deaconess Abundant Life Communities.

I have been a consultant at Leland for the past three years. I have worked at many facilities and this is my favorite. The staff is warm and loving and the activities program is great! Leland takes a number of governmental programs so no one is ever turned away because of an inability to pay. I can't say enough great things about Leland!
