I contacted New Horizons (lisa) about having my son's wedding pictures done on the grounds. The grounds were so beautiful and so well maintained I knew they would be the perfect backdrop. Lisa was the perfect contact and was very excited for my son and his wife. New Horizons was very welcoming when the Trolley pulled up and the pictures were terrific. Thanks so much for the warm welcome!!!!!!! Marlene

Reflections at New Horizons. In the military they say "they go the extra mile." I would say that moto exists at New Horizons. Nearing three years of living here, I can honestly say they have provided model support in all areas.
The staff handles all requests in a professional manner. Areas of security, comfort, routine administrative support, food service and maintenance earn high marks. A pleasure living here.

When they said "There's no place like home" they were talking about New Horizons at Choate.
As my parents grew older and tired of maintaining a home and felt they wanted to be closer to their children, they moved from thier dream home in Maine to New Horizons in Woburn.
The staff is great. From the housekeeping to mantenance to kichen and front desk staff, they make you feel like you've lived there all your life. They can't do enough for you.
Having moved there has been one of the best decisions my parents ever made.

My mother has resided a New Horizons at Choate for 10 year. The staff are professional, nurturing and caring. The apartments, amenities and grounds are superior. My mother is the happiest I've seen her in years. I have and will continue to recommend New Horizons at Choate to friends, family, neighbors and colleagues. A wonderful place for any senior you love!

My mother, Janet Mercer, has been a completely satisfied member of the New Horizons at Choate family for 11 years. We celebrated her 98 th birthday there this past October and I can honestly say there is no place my mother would rather be. Everyone that works at New Horizons from the front desk to the kitchen and custodial staff is 100% invested in helping and supporting the residents that live there. For my mom this is home and the management team that works here is unbelievable. They have somehow managed to successfully manage themselves and everyone living there through these unprecedented days

My mother has been living at New Horizons for the past 2 1/2 years. She has lived her entire life in Woburn, so it was a very nice transition when she moved into her apartment. It is very social with lots of activities and many opportunities to interact with old and new friends. It was a great comfort to myself and my siblings to see the wonderful care that New Horizon provided, especially this past year with the COVID pandemic in full force. The staff was wonderful not only to our Mom but also to us, keeping us updated throughout this past year. We

I honestly cannot say enough great things about New Horizons. My father has lived there for 8 years and the attention, activities, service and care he receives are absolutely amazing. The staff truly care for the residents and treat them like family. I am familiar with many of the senior living options in this area, and there isn't any place that comes close to the level of service and value for your money. My father and I both feel so fortunate to have him call New Horizons home. I don't give recommendations often, but I have absolutely no hesitations in referring people to New Horizons.

I have been a resident at New Horizons for almost three years now, and I feel very fortunate to be here. My apartment is comfortable and attractive, but I also enjoy the group spaces - the beautiful flower-bordered patio, the comfortable shared living-room, and other areas where residents meet to play board games or cards or just visit. The meals are varied and delicious, and the kitchen and wait-staff make every effort to respond to special requests. At every level, from the management to the cleaning and custodial staff. we have unfailingly friendly cooperative and helpful assistance. Remarkably

My Mother in law lived in Tucson Arizona and one year after her husband passed away she called her son and said she wanted to move to be closer to one of her children. That started our search for a Senior Living Facility. We visited a handful of them but decided on New Horizons in Woburn. She has been at New Horizons for over 6 years and the staff are by far the BEST in the business. They interact with all of the residents and know all of their names. They have a lot of activities for the seniors and they have a bus that takes the Seniors shopping or on mystery rides to entertain them. I cannot

My mother moved into New Horizons in January 2020 and couldn't be happier! She is surrounded by a warm and caring staff committed to maintaining a happy, healthy, and safe community for the residents.
My mother has made wonderful friends and is very content.
There is nothing more important to my family and me than knowing that mom is as cared about and as cared for as she is at New Horizons.
Thank you to all!!
