This was one of the worst moving experiences of all so far of last 6 moves I have gone through. To start off, it took 10 hours for local move of 30 min away from source to destination. And mind you, this was not packers and movers, it was just move. Everything was packed which they will try to just tape again for no reason other than wasting time.
The timing obviously starts from when they reach your place. It took them almost 30 min just to park the truck in front. The amount of time they took end to end for local move of 30 min was same as that of when we moved from Chicago to St. Louis including

The moving job was great quality. Everything was put where I needed it, with no damage to walls/floors, and the items were not damaged during unloading. They helped assemble the furniture too, which was much appreciated. The only shame is that they have a 3-hour minimum, and if you're moving into or out of a one-bedroom or studio apartment, they'll easily knock it out in 2 hours, tops.
As far as the movers go, though, this is a great moving service. Workers arrived on time, were friendly and professional.

They are so unprofessional and very rude. They don't communicate well with their staff. I hired them to move my four bedroom home into another four bedroom home. I was told I would be charge 90$ per hour plus one time service fee of 90$ to cover insurance and truck fees. It took them 3 hours with two men to load everything into the truck. Once they get to the new place, they decided that I should pay 810$ before they could unload my furniture. Stating that I have just too much stuff. Needless to say, I had discuss with the manager what was needed to be moved prior. While speaking to the manager
