Continental Valuations was founded in 1988 as a real estate appraisal firm providing valuation services primarily for banks and other lending institutions. Our offices were originally located in Downtown Toledo, and later moved to a Downtown Perrysburg location which once served as the offices of the Perrysburg Police and Fire Departments, and a private law firm.
