Terrible communication and lack of respect for residents’ time and privacy. Have had issues signing 2 separate leases and rent balances being affected afterwards. One time we even received an eviction notice warning because they lost our rent payment or didn’t enter it correctly into their system. I have sent in 2 separate maintenance requests and requested that I receive a call the morning of or day prior to them entering in order to prepare for them and prepare my cat (as Kwapich requests). I never receive a call before they come over, and usually have to wait longer for repairs after already

I have lived at my current address for almost 8 years now. When I met the new owner and manager at the time I knew we all were blessed! They care about all the residents and the property and they have done amazing changes. I love my place! Jordan is our new manager and she’s so understanding and very professional! The Maintenance team are just as caring as the office staff! Thanks for truly caring about all your residents!

Their property Summit Terrace is a nice place to call home. Free basic cable and internet included in rent is just the bees knees! The Office staff, Santanna and Jordan, are very helpful, Answer my emails right away and so sweet. I have lived here for 2 years, met a lot of really great people and I enjoy the location. The Office even Sanitized many times through the week during this pandemic and were still as accessible as they could be during this national crisis, they care.
