The muscle group located just above and between the brow that contracts and causes an "angry face" or "elevens" is known as a glabellar furrow. This area of the face can cause one to look unhappy, it can pull medially and cause the inner brow to pull down and make the eyes appear more closed. Amazing service! Staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and so helpful. I received laser hair removal and couldn’t be more happier with the results. I suffer from bumps and ingrown hairs on my neck area and have tried EVERYTHING to alleviate the issue. I was apprehensive to try laser hair removal, but after just one treatment I was happy that I did. If your looking for med spa treatments look no further!

This place is incredible for laser hair removal. I've tried a couple places in the Triangle and their machines are by far the most effective. The spa is exceptionally clean and staff are very friendly. Also, I've received a $50 credit for referring friends which I've never seen done anywhere else!

The positive experience starts when you enter the lobby with the cool, calming motif and the friendly and helpful staff. I was instantly at ease. I was seen by Brooke Lawrence NP and am so pleased with my experience. Ms Lawrence was extremely personable and friendly. She explained what to expect with each of my procedures and she was patient and understanding if I had questions. She was very professional and I loved that she was conservative with my procedures explaining that we could always add more if needed but not take away if overdone. I have been so impressed with my lower face filler treatment and Botox with Brooke NP. I've had filler and Botox many times throughout the years ( since 2001 ) and by far she is one of the best!! Her "gentle hand" and "eye for detail" made the whole experience top notch. I didn't even bruise and I went out that evening without anyone knowing. All people kept saying was "Wow! You look so refreshed!" I highly recommend seeing Brooke, NP. She's not only highly skilled, but easy to talk to as well and makes you feel great!

I went to Blue Water Spa to see Brooke for my filler treatment. She was amazing and exceeded any expectations I had. I was nervous beforehand, but any anxiety quickly subsided after meeting with Brooke. I was surprised at how easy she made the process and how great she made my lips look! I wondered why the Vitamin C Gel Complex emptied so quickly when I bought it two different times. This time, I broke open the bottle when it seemed empty only to discover the design of the bottle leaves approximately 80% of the product inside the bottle. My advice, don’t buy products with this design or break open the bottle before tossing. Either way the bottle needs re-designed.

This was my first experience with any enhancements and overall I can say I feel extremely disappointed in my results. The front of house staff and injector were extremely professional but I feel mislead about what I was to expect for my results. The front of house staff was professional, organized, friendly, and on point. Their COVID safety protocols were to the highest standards. I was treated with respect by everyone there. I felt completely safe with my injector and still feel like I was in good hands, just not very effective hands.

I have visited BWS for various services over the last 5 years or so, mostly for facials and almost invariably leave very satisfied with the service and attention provided. I agree with some of the other reviews, however, in that the reception from some of the staff at the front can vary and sometimes may be perceived as dismissive and inattentive.

I wish I could give a negative star. First let me say that I used to go here and I also purchased many gift certificates for family members. The person I used to see left and although I was apprehensive about one of her replacements, I trusted BWS. The nurse was pleasant during my injections and I left feeling ok. I did pay top dollar however, I expected to get what I paid for so it wasn't a big deal. Problem started with the person I bought the gift card for, she complained within a few days and I told her it takes time to 'kick in'. Regardless, she went back in and had to get

I'm hoping to update my review of Blue Water. I wrote my review two years ago, after what I still think was rather dismissive attitude decshoen me by the staff; however, in retrospect I wish I had simply rescheduled (for the second time, meaning it would have been a third scheduled appointment). No, I do t think it was professional or kind to tell me, after they switched the provider I had met with and scheduled with, that I was only one of 60,000 clients/patients. That was a real blunder on the part of the manager, to say that to me.

So let me preface by I hate yelp. As someone who has worked in the service industry all throughout school I can say that this platform gets abused by customers that assume an illusory divine manifestation of themselves, and yet here I am, the pot calling the kettle black. I digress, with as much as I hate yelp I got it just to review Blue Water Spa and Dr. Michael Law because of how tremendous everything happened and is continuing to happen as I am one week post-op.

Did the Brazilian laser hair removal (and basically my entire body, but Brazilian had the worst issues) and it all grew back worse and quicker than before I started a month after my last treatment, now I have to get retreated somewhere else. Super disappointed. Edit: after being retreated I found out they were using the wrong laser on me which takes more treatments to get results. I spent thousands of dollars treating my entire body, dealing with pepper spots and having mediocre results, all for nothing. Don't fall for their discount, worst mistake of my life.

I went in for my first laser hair removal here recently. To get started you have to be cleared by an NP that only works weekdays so you have squeeze this first visit into your work schedule. I scheduled my consultation/clearance and first treatment on the same day. Luckily I've had laser hair removal before so I knew to prep the area and avoid sun exposure /not use products that increase sensitivity to sun before the treatment however known of the was went over with me when I scheduled over the phone and I never got a confirmation email. If someone was knew to this they could've been

DO NOT GO FOR HYPERPIGMENTATION REMOVAL
I have these dark grey marks on my face where I didn't even have an issue with before the removal. I just got quoted roughly 1000$ to fix it by a dermatologist who says my skin has been permanently damaged. There is a reason they don't have any before and after pictures on their website.
