Medication therapy management, otherwise known as MTM, is a term used for a program to help you manage your medications and health conditions. Do you want to know how best to take your medications to get the most from your medications?. Would you like to have a complete list of the medications you take for your personal use?.
As a long-term care pharmacy (LTCP), we provide medications and consultant pharmacy services to long-term care facilities such as nursing homes. As a LTCP, we provide continuous access to a pharmacist as well as offer emergency delivery of medication. Our main focus is to ensure that patients have access to their medication therapies in a timely manner.
When it comes to disease prevention, immunizations are key. Getting vaccinated protects you and those around you. I had never heard of Condo pharmacy before. Very pleased.
1 suggestion though...my wife and I passed thru the small border lacolle...we handed the customs man our paper copy...he said it usually has a sticker on it....thank God he was nice...I told him I also had a email. He let us pass. When I got home I found 2 stickers ( I believe that's what he was talking about) with my bill.
Maybe you can just mention to customers that there are stickers to attach or attach them yourselves.
Again,it was a awesome experience. Results in 45 minutes.

They canceled my appointment for a covid test 1 hour before. By justifying that I was finishing my confinement tomorrow which is false, I have proof showing that I have completed the 10 days of quarantine. Unable to change their mind, I was ready to show them my proof without a problem. Thank you Carrie from Condo Pharmacy, I'm stuck at the border with ever-increasing fees.
Thanks for your due respect, but you didn't even bother let me show you my quarantine evidence, I was respecting the official guidelines and was isolated for more than 10 days. Your selection is arbitrary, seriously lacks empathy

My wife and I live in Florida and were going to take a trip to Canada. We called up several pharmacies and medical establishments in the Plattsburgh, N.Y. area and the Condo pharmacy was referred to us by another business who told us they were reasonable pricewise. We needed a PCR Molecular test and we needed to enter Canada within 72 hours of a negative test result. I called Condo pharmacy up and spoke to Dave, I believe, and he stated that we can even help bill your Medical Insurance company even though I stated that my medical insurance company would not cover the test for travel-related purposes

Great staff very friendly and helpful. They go above and beyond to help the patients that go here. I have no complaints with them. And for those who complain that they can't go in, it's temporary. And honestly it isn't any difference than going to any other pharmacy with a drive through just quicker than a drive through. Dave is a hero. He is very knowledgeable and as I said before if you ask about something you don't know they will help unlike other pharmacies.

I have never had a good experience going here. The staff are rude, and act as though it is an inconvience to help you. They also never have the products that I am looking for; my doctor has sent me here several times to purchase what I need, ( non medicines) which is never in stock. After today's unfortunate encounter with a rude employee, I have decided to get what I need from some place on line. So much for supporting local businesses.
