The Pharmacy has served the Keeseville Community for over 15 years and strives to be "your key to better health." AdkAction creates projects to address unmet needs, promote vibrant communities, and preserve the character of the Adirondacks.

We called and asked for help and the woman we spoke to told us the issue we were having wasn't her problem then hung up on us. When we got to the store the staff was incredibly rude to us. We will never use this store again.

Always friendly staff and can always find what is needed. Very clean and love the Farmacy that was added! Fresh produce from an organic farm just located a few miles away! Love it!!

Good folks friendly staff. Never had any problem in the year I've been going there. In fact they've helped me solve problems when they arose. Also they have farm fresh organic meat and produce and are part of the double bucks program if you use snap benefits. Meaning they match what you spend dollar for dollar on a seperate card program which you can use for fruits and veggies to get even more out of your snap benefit program.

Avoid at all costs. Pharmacy filled our infants prescription with a dose 12.5 times stronger than any baby should be having. Do not trust this Pharmacy. Drive to Peru or Plattsburgh and have your prescriptions filled by someone who pays some attention. Terrible.
