Since the year 2000 many families throughout the area have trusted us to build their first home, and their dream home that fits their everyday lifestyle, for today and tomorrow. Being a smaller custom home builder, averaging 12-20 homes a year, gives us the opportunity to work one on one with our customers.
The "Tuscan" was our Parade model in 2015. This five-BR, two-and-one-half BA rambler featured all the upgrades you would expect! Custom cabinetry, granite countertops, hardwood floors, knotty alder woodwork and a custom walk-in shower in the master BA! Also included were an oversized, insulated three-car GAR, screen porch, concrete driveway and full landscape package with an underground sprinkler system!
Silver Maple Bay Estates is a premier development located approximately 5 miles northeast of New Prague.
