The young lady at the front desk has selective vision towards customers of color. She overlooked me as I wanderously walked around trying to figure out where the forms were, however the gentleman that walked in behind me was greeted and assisted immediately. The Assistant Manager stated she had never gotten that kind of complaint before, maybe because people overlook that type of behavior in Nashville.

The worse credit union ever! Please do not waste you time with them. I will be removing all my checking and saving from them. They are money hungry vultures and charge you for literally everything the worse customer service for good members. I strongly recommend BCU they are great been with them for 3 years.

USCCU has been great for us. We had a couple of hick ups recently and went to Kristen to straighten them out. She was the best! She had the issues corrected in no time and is always happy to help us. The branch as a whole has been awesome!

I do not recommend this branch. I always bring my dog in to drop cash in one of my accounts. This African American elderly lady walked up to me & told me that there are no animals allowed. I have been bringing my small dog on a LEASH and have been in and out in less than 10 min. I have never been told that I couldn't bring her and NOW you are going to say something. I called up the company and they told me that as long as the dog was on a leash that I could have her in. It's scorching hot outside and that's why I don't leave my pet in the jeep. This bank can shove it.

This has been an excellent banking experience. I walked in looking to refi my 2013 Passat TDI, they did it within 45 minutes and had my rate at 3% vs the 15% VW stuffed me with. When the time came to turn in my VW for the Diesel Emmissions Scandal Dianne H. made quick work of sending a pay off letter and making sure I was taken care of. Great People!

I love this bank! They are friendly, honest, transparent, and direct! They have free coffee, popcorn, water, and a coin counting machine. They work well with you and this location has excellent service - both drive thru and sit-down. 5 stars
