The professionals at McDonald PT were wonderful from day 1. They did their best to get me started with PT the same day my Dr. made the recommendation. I had a very debilitating back injury, so it took me a few months to recover. The professionals who helped me through my recovery were Mike and Shannon.

I had an excellent experience here! They were able to accurately diagnose my problem and create a treatment plan to get me back to how I was prior to my injury. They were incredibly dedicated to my treatment and very responsive to my self-assessment, concerns, and goals. I’d recommend this place to anyone in a heartbeat.

Starting with the staff at the front desk... So kind and welcoming. Well-informed, organized and filed all insurance on a timely basis.
Fran McDonald is the absolute best. He takes his time and makes you feel heard. He asks questions and many of them so that he can assess your specific problems as thoroughly as possible. He gave me exercises and stretches that had a huge healing effect for my neck and lower back pain. I continue to use these exercises at home and am feeling markedly better after years of chronic back and neck pain. I have gone to numerous PT's in the last ten years with little

I began receiving physical therapy for a pinched nerve in my neck on August 10th. I was impressed with the friendliness of the staff, the cleanliness of the environment, and the flexibility in scheduling. However, I was not seeing much improvement (maybe 40-50% at best) while working with Drake after 18 visits and completing at-home exercises and additional at-home traction. The owner, Fran, decided to take a look.
Turns out Drake had me doing far too much traction at home (15 minutes, twice a day) and most of the exercises he had me do at home and at PT were actually worsening the issue by further

I was having some major back pain and some friends recommended I go here and it was a great move. Pam and Sophie were my therapist "team" and they were excellent. After my first 2 visits I was feeling so much better and by the end of my sessions I was experiencing no pain. Francis did my first and final exams and he was also great. I highly recommend McDonalds to any one - Great place with a great staff!!

The staff at McDonald are very nice, likeable, well meaning folks. I've used them several times - and both about 10 and 20 years ago they really helped me overcome some problems. For those visits I would give them a 5 out of 5. Recently, however, my experience was not as good. Either my body is no longer able to heal, or they were not able to direct me well enough to the point of what I consider "recovery." Also there were additional problems I experienced from doing their guided stretching and exercises which (after I stopped going because of insurance) I am still trying to overcome.

This was my first experience with physical therapy and I didn’t really know what to expect. I have to say that everyone was very friendly and knowledgeable - from Piper who took my call and answered all my questions and took all my information while we were on the phone - to Chris, my physical therapist and Kirsten, his marvelous assistant. Chris and Kirsten asked me important questions and carefully listed to my answers before creating a physical therapy program designed specifically for me. We started slowly with attention to my form to ensure I was doing everything correctly. I had a back

Went to the one for students on Notre Dame's campus. Everyone was incredibly nice and energetic and really wanted to help me get better. I would definitely recommend going to see them for any problem, minor or major, as they are very knowledgable and create an individual plan for each person they see.
