Kelley has helped me improve my quality of life immensely. Before I started seeing her, I was in daily pain. Now I am able to workout again without getting hurt or out of alignment. I recommend Penrose PT to all of my friends and have yet to refer someone who didn’t leave feeling the same way. If you have not had success with traditional PT where the therapist was also treating other people at the same time, this hands on, 1-on-1 approach is for you.

I had back surgery a year and half ago, after having severe sciatic nerve pain. A few months after surgery, I started to have pain again. My friend recommended Penrose. After the first visit, she set forth a plan to help relieve my pain. She took time to learn my body's strengths and weaknesses. She explained why I was feeling pain again so soon after surgery. She instructed me on how to do self care, and after a few visits I was back to feeling like myself. I now visit a few times a year, just to make sure I'm doing everything I can for my body.

I broke my leg last year, which required regular visits to Penrose Physical Therapy in order to regain strength and mobility to walk again. With each visit, Kelley made the effort to find out the exact state of my leg strength and mobility, competently treated the issues, and gave me tools and assignments for each week. I like to ask questions, especially since I'd never broken anything before. She loves to answer questions, competently and also in terms that you can understand. Every week I felt substantially stronger and more confident in my physical ability.
