In 1982, we started out as an executive search firm specializing in the apparel and textile industry (think 80's denim and boxer shorts). We had a handful of clients, an office with shag carpet, grass walls and a simple mission: to be the best at finding great talent in a niche area. We had an incredible experience working with FGP and Julia in particular. Never having used a recruiter for a hire before, we weren't sure what to expect or if we could justify the cost, but hands down, it was worth it! Julia was incredibly caring and eager to find someone who was the perfect fit for our needs. What can I say, this recruiting firm is outstanding. Megan Coleman is such a pleasure to work with, in a matter of a few days after I applied for a position with FGP I had a callback from Megan, had virtual interviews lined up, secured a new job and I am a happy camper to say the least. Not only were they concerned about the travel distance this new position would be, but she followed up with me after the employment offer was made, after I started and even send me a note in the mail and sent a little mug filled with goodies to my place of work. Talk about making an impression.

I definitely recommend them to anyone trying to find a job. They found my resume on a job search site and contacted me to see if I would be interested in working with them. I was a little hesitate at first but decided to go in and speak with Janelle. I actually found a job that I was interested in on their job postings and told her I was interested. She sent my resume over to the job and got an interview set up for me. I went to the interview and the next day, I was offered the job. She was really great to work with and the whole process happened very quickly. It was a week and a half between meeting

I have worked with Find Great People for about a year now. I started out on a temp job my rep was Katie Hinson. She went above and beyond to make sure everything was correct with the job and that I was treated well. That job ended and she has me an interview within 2 days and a new job within 5 day. Tomorrow is my last day with FGP because that very same job is hiring me on permanently. I can thank Katie and Find Great People enough.
