Ms. Valentine is the principal attorney at Valentine Law Group. She received her Juris Doctorate degree with honors, from Western State University in 1997. She is licensed to practice law in California and Arizona. Ms. Valentine has dedicated her career in the practice of law to advocating for the vulnerable, the injured and the infirm.
Ms. Turner is the managing attorney at Valentine Law Group. Ms. Turner received her undergraduate degree in Political Science from the University of Delaware, and her Juris Doctorate degree from Southwestern University School of Law, where she graduated from Southwestern University School of Law's prestigious accelerated S.C.A.L.E.

Wasted my time (3 months) , just to tell me they can't take my case. Made me get all medical records for my dad, when I thought that's what you hire a lawyer for. Than after that long, asked me to get ambulance records, even if they still haven't started reviewing the medical records because they are very busy. I asked how I even start to get those because I don't know. And, than was told to come pick up my records and that they can't take the case. I know they're busy, but I rather they wouldn't even have tried to take the case than to waste my time.

I received second and third opinions from highly rated specialists who, in writing, which I provided to your staff, stated that the option your "expert" recommended was contra-indicated. The best way to begin this review is to say that there are lawyers and then there's Valentine Law. Not only was my case extremely difficult, but during litigation I suffered one of the worst personal tragedies anyone can endure. Hard to imagine where to start. This group of lawyers is unlike any you will meet. My father suffered terribly while in the "care" of a skilled nursing facility in the So Orange Country area, and had to be transferred to a nearby hospital emergency room in the middle of the night due to a horrific laceration he received while there. Those 8 weeks were the most amazing weeks of our lives. Our taking the case to trial was not about the money but holding a nation wide company responsible for the death of another human being. It was our hope that we would be able to change the way this nursing facility took care of our loved ones.
