Gregory Ritchie worked a miracle! A true professional with service and care that is rare to find whether you search in the past, present or future. I worked in banking for years so I thought a no down payment loan had some kind of catch or was too good to be true. Gregory answered my long list of questions before I applied for the loan. Everything he answered was logical and made sense. I still went into the process thinking I wasn't going to get a home but tried anyway. I got a home that I love thanks to Gregory.
