Our policies allow us to provide a higher standard of service, therefore we have implemented them to provide you an exceptional experience. Appointment cancellation fees, unfortunately, are necessary due to unavoidable expenses and valuable time allocated to every patient when they make appointments.

My Med Spa is beyond the best of any Med Spa that I have ever used before. Very knowledgeable staff, courteous and most of all not a high pressure Med Spa.
From the Owner, Nicole and her staff, you Med Spa needs will be fully taken care of while also educating yourself on how to use alternative versus continuous Dysport or Botox injections!

Y'all are at the same time incredibly professional and friendly. I always feel comfortable, safe, clean, and welcome. I trust your advice and I feel very respected with your staff. I am a bit younger than a typical med-spa client and in the past have been patronized by other establishments. Y'all are different. You have always treated me with respect and cared for me. I’ve been getting my Botox and lip injections here for over a year and have had fantastic results. Facility is always clean. The staff is professional and friendly. They offer great deals often as well. Can’t say enough great things, wouldn’t go anywhere else.

RUN from this place as fast as you can! My leg was burnt during Laser treatment.
I am very disappointed and wish I would have never gone to My Med Spa in the first place. I had hoped for good service and attention to detail after reading reviews, but alas- it is a scam. It is totally a bait and switch tactic.
I signed up for the LHR treatment package of six sessions and had 2-3 sessions on various areas. During the session, my leg was seriously burnt. I specifically asked during the previous session not to increase the laser strength as it was getting uncomfortable, but the technician did not

The team here is AMAZING. Extremely professional and invested in creating life-time clients. They treat you like family from the get-go. I scheduled an appointment last week for today. On yesterday, I got an email from the owner advising that the person assigned to do my injection "was not going to be able to come in ...", and front desk would call me to re-book. No one called. Anyone with recommendations of other places providing Botox, please let me know. I'm new to the state of Texas.

I would like to report that this place is lying about how many treatments I had. I got a good deal for their GRAND OPENING but I'm from California came in Feb. 2020 to do my 1 session for TRUSCULPT and would have to comeback to do my next session 6 weeks later is what the technician told me. Well during the time I wanted to make my appointment COVID happened and was told they would not honor my next session for next year 2021. They just opened up again because of Covid in June 2020 and I was told by the owner that I would have to come in by the end of June 2020 in order to get my 2nd session

I gave My Med Spa a try because of their fabulous reviews and so glad I did. I had been getting my botox done at the dermatologist office but they've recently raised their prices and it became unreasonable. My Med Spa has great prices (especially for your first visit) and very experienced nurses that work there. I had my appointment with Kim and she was great! When talking to her I learned she has worked with injectables for a long time and has worked in dermatologist offices as well. I cannot say enough great things about this upscale Med Spa. When you walk into the gorgeous spa, you are greeting by the sweetest staff members. The entire staff from the owner, Nicole (yes! The owner was working and introduced herself!!) to the amazing clinical staff exceeded all my expectations. They were all so knowledgeable and friendly. Wow! What a great Med Spa. I have been going to a dermatologist for my botox injections but actually ran across Brittneys Instagram and WOW! She is amazing!!! I went in on Friday (during this crazy world and COVID). Brittney was so sweet, informative, patient and such a professional. I actually ended up getting my first set of lip fillers too (I have wanted them for years now).
My Botox looks great so far but takes about a week or so to really kick in and I already love my new lips. Of course some bruising but Brittney warned me about that. Nothing I didn't expect.

I recently relocated to the area and had dysport with Sherry; it came out great! I am a certified injector myself, so I am always paying attention to the little things like hygiene and technique. I liked how they did before and after pictures, and made sure I was completely satisfied with my results. The spa is clean, modern and the front desk staff are excellent. The owner is very attentive and takes pride in offering top notch service. I will be back in the future for sure!!

I've seen Brittney, a PA there, at another med spa, and she is seriously the sweetest! She knows what she's doing, super intelligent, and makes you feel so comfortable. I followed her to her new home (My Med Spa) and brought my mom to see her, my mom had nothing but great things to say about her. Doesn't try to push you to buy more of this or that. Everyone at My Med Spa was super friendly, answered all my questions, I believe it was one of the managers, made my mom a coffee. I mean just super fantastic customer service. Definitely will be back.

I am so impressed with the level of care and professionalism at this center. I have now been here multiple times for a variety of treatments and feel completely confident in this stellar team. I am mixed race and it is often difficult to find proper care for my unique skin. Sherri has lead me through both injectable and laser treatments with exceptional care and results. It was my first time at My Med Spa today. I had seen them on Groupon and when I called they were very helpful. My appointment was with Brooke. First let me say there was no trying to up sell me. A ton of people told me that many places use the groupon as a sales tool and would try hard to do that. Nothing further from the truth for me. I told Brook I wanted Botox for an upcoming event and that was it. She was very friendly, knowledgeable and answered my questions. I can't tell you how comfortable and easy the appointment was.
