I upgraded the upholstery, but I found the weaving minimal which made the fabric look and feel cheap. The cusions use an uncomfortable and cheap filling that makes the seat cushions rounded and uncomfortable. I have now had the couch for 2 years and it looks older than my inexpensive carsons couch did at 7 years. I keep waiting for the day I can replace it. I would deal with the fabric better if they would just use better seat foam. I decided to write this review after seeing a couch at a mid-range hotel. The fabric weave was much tighter on that couch and the entire couch was a lot more comfortable
