I’m a Real Estate Broker- morning deal with insurance companies almost daily - my mother had State Farm Insurance for her property & autos for over 35 plus years - she would say insurance no big deal until you need it ! State Farm Randall Young simply superior customer care- & the same excellent service when you call claims on the 1800 #.

I would never even consider taking my business anywhere else. My dad was insured here before I could even drive and now my kids are here. I walk in the door and it's like I'm coming to see friends I haven't visited in a while. Not to mention they give me THE HOOK UP on great prices.

Had insurance on cars and house for 20 years witb this company. They cancelled policy because of non payment, I was on auto payment. When I called them to see why website only showed home insurance they said I was 2 days late and would have to write new policies at 3 times the price. They never called me even knowing what a lapse would do! I will never recommend or do business with Randall Young again!

Recently moved to Oklahoma and chose this branch of State farm(I've been with state farm for 6 years). They rejected my first payment, and didn't notify me. When my next premium was so high, I called back. It took me 3 times of calling this office for them to tell me they had rejected my first payment, but they couldn't tell me why.
They never called me back when they said they would. So, I had to keep calling.
I couldn't get the same answer from more than one employee about my insurance premiums. I'm actually not 100% positive that my first payment was rejected since the employee couldn't tell

If I could give this place and the people that work there zero stars I would! They were super great until I decided to leave then they kept charging monthly and getting your money back is the least of their worries. Then when I went to cancel my life insurance they left out a bunch of information that basically screwed me and pretty said oh sorry for your bad luck. If I were you I'd find another group!

Was buying a house. I did not like the service I was provided. I told this to people who answered the phone more than once. I told them that exact thing. They even had the nerve to try to sell me a new mortgage for my upcoming house purchase. If you are failing at part A; why ignore that fact and try to sell me part B? Take care of part A first. NEVER did the actual agent care enough about my business to contact me.
Fast forward...house is bought. Called to tell them I had switched. they did not care about my issues, and even when I told them Randall Young NEVER even cared enough to contact me
