We are a supporter of local athletics and arts booster organizations. Giving back to our community is important to us. We also financially support the John 3:16 Mission and their efforts to feed, house and offer job training to our homeless friends. Our office is on west main street in Jenks, OK across from Sonic and next to Coney Island.
Our team members lives in Jenks, Sapulpa, Broken Arrow and Tulsa. It is a pleasure to help current State Farm customers moving into the Tulsa area. We have a large team and provide BIG service. We believe in and practice "traditional customer service". We answer the phone (with humans) without an automated voice tree.

Brent Hagar and entire team took excellent care of our family while we had to deal with water damage to our lake cabin from burst water pipes due to power outages and frigid temperatures!!! They responded very quickly to all of our questions and needs

Been with them for years and they have been fantastic with every situation life has thrown. EVERY person here treats you with respect and they are fantastic at explaining even the littlest things. After an accident I even got a call just to check on me and make sure I was okay. It's like having extended family. Thank you all. I have been with State Farm for years and have been satisfied with the customer service there at that office , especially Donna . She has always been so personable and caring and informative about doing claims process. I’m sure I could find a cheaper insurance company but I honestly choose to stay with this agency just for the customer service . Even Brent Hagar himself called me about a recent total loss claim and gave me advice . I have filed multiple claims and every time has been easy and quick . Highly recommend!
