I called early in the morning around 7 a.m to have someone come by, Someone picked up and said yes they will be able to come between 8a.m - 12 p.m I waited and I texted him to see if he was still showing up 15 min before 12 p.m no response no answered calls he just vanished . DON’T CONFIRM APPOINTMENTS IF YOUR GOING TO VANISH ON A CUSTOMER. HIGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL .

This company is a life saver. The perfect storm was brewing as it was 9:30 at NIGHT and my in-laws and brother-in- law with his wife were staying at our house as the tub and toilet started to gurgle. The septic tank was full!!!
After the quick panic of embarrassment of feeling like a horrible host, I scrambled to call every septic company known to man! After calling 13, yes you read that correctly 13 Different companies, some responses were sorry I can't get someone out till tomorrow, or I'll transfer you and no one answered I FOUND Moon Site and septic. I explained my issue and I was told not

I am a contractor who used moon several times for builds in lee county, until I heard about their most recent hire - a child molester. That was the last straw for me. The son seems to believe that he owns the company, always bad-mouths his father, and he had the audacity to ask if I knew where to "score some pills". The office staff always seemed great but the owner is a liar and conman, I guess the apple doesn't fall far from the tree. They had a long time office manager who was always helpful but after he left the place got even worse and I stopped using them for my septic contracts

Jonny was our service technician this morning. I called them last night at 930pm . And they had Jonny come out at 930 am . Very fast and reliable people . Jonny was very professional and knowledgeable. My kids were around and he acknowledged them and was very kind to my kids. This company had a great price for draining my septic tank . Do Not Use Moon Septic Service !!!!!
I decided to have my Septic Pumped after 2 years. I called Moon Septic to do the work, I was given a price of 330.00 on a credit card or 300.00 cash. I chose cash, and made an appointment. The tech showed up on time, and opened the tank, he said that it was full, which I think is usually the case. He said that because of all the tank was full he would have to charge an extra 20 to 30 dollars. I said I never heard of that, and have had in emptied many times before. Anyway, he said he got chewed out by the boss for not charging, he charged now. He said he would

On Dec 15 2020 we hired this company to perform the 1st septic cleaning and inspection of our new residence. The pump truck did come sure enough it was pumped out. The service man did a quick check and clean the filter before the closing up. He tried sell me new riser and switch upgrade of $2,500-$4,000 but wrote down 'everything appears to be working in good order at this time' in the invoice. When asked for a formal inspection report which was part of the job, he stated it'll be in the mail. The services were paid ($275+$310) in check #1549 right after the works on Dec 15.
