My septic tank was "supposedly" cleaned out about 2.5 years ago from a different company. I remember the person who did it say that they couldn't drain anymore for some odd reason. So my tank was never completely drained. It began leaking the other day and I decided to contact this company instead after reading the reviews. I spoke to Melissa on the phone and explained the situation. I informed her that it would have to be after I got off work and she made adjustments for me. Melissa was professional and very friendly. The next day, Billy contacted me saying he was on his way. I observed everything

Excellent service! I called Zach at 7:01, had an appointment by 7:13 and the technician, James showed up by 8:30. James was able to complete the septic pump we needed, but also went above and beyond to trouble shoot another issue that required attention. He was polite, professional and helpful. I am glad I called a hometown family business. Thank you guys! We’ll definitely recommend you to others!
