Affordable Water Damage LLC is a 5 star rated on Yelp, Facebook, The BBB, Google, and HomeAdvisor. Steve is the hardest worker I've ever had to pleasure to hire for not only mold control and carpet cleaning, but some flooding we had in the basement. He is great at explaining the whats and the whys of what he is doing.
He's prompt and honest and I couldn't recommend him more strongly. I cannot recommend Steve and his company enough. He was the first to respond to my urgent need, provides excellent customer service, professional, excellent communicator, everything I expect and want from a service provider in any line of business.

Working with Steve at Affordable Water Damage was a great experience! He is very communicative, prompt, professional, and thorough. My home threw he and I a few curve balls, but it was nothing he couldn't handle. I would recommend AWD to my friends and family.

I typically do not write reviews but I felt compelled to do so about this family-owned business. We have all been in that situation where we have had some sort of emergency in our home and then head to the computer to search for that perfect company to fix our issue.
Where do we turn, who do we believe, who is giving a fair and honest review without being emotional? There are so many sites with many mixed reviews even when 5 stars it is terrifying to trust the small jobs let alone the large ones.

Steve is the paragon of excellence with regards to customer service, problem solving, and professionalism. He is always on time, highly communicative, and has a versatile skill-set. It is apparent that Steve cares about the quality of service he provides and the customer's overall experience. Steve regularly went above and beyond to consistently deliver at the highest level. I would recommend Steve to anyone - you will be hard pressed to find someone better suited for the job and as on top of their game.
