This was the most painless experience I've ever had when it comes to vehicle repairs. The turnaround was fast and they had my truck back to me before other companies even called to schedule an estimate. Nick (the owner) came by the house and explained what they do. He answered all of my questions and offered to pay for both my deductible and rental. Nick kept me updated every step of the way and they went above and beyond repairing the hail damage! Even with the parts being delayed in shipping(out of their control) they were still able to install them the same day of delivery and have the truck

My experience with Mile High Dents was wonderful. When I had hail damage to my car that I didn't know was fixable through insurance, Matt helped me every step of the way. He assessed my car, filed a claim on my behalf, took care of the car rental service, etc. He was always on time, prompt, helpful, and attentive. I had never been through this experience before prior to moving to CO from PA so this situation was very new to me and I am so appreciative of Mile High Dents knowledge and professionalism. As someone who had never been through a damage claims process it was hard to know who to trust and what the process needed to entail. Nick and the crew made the whole experience seamless, and almost totally hands-off for me which I don't mind considering my lack of knowledge on insurance claims. I needed a my car for a roadtrip just 4 or 5 days after I dropped the car off, and Nick was able to throw all the repairs together in a matter of 4 days. Solid work, and would highly recommend to anyone looking for a seamless experience.

We had our 2017 Highlander hammered in a hail storm in May 2019. The insurance company was proposing to have the roof cut off and replaced. Took it in to Nick and he said he'd work with the insurance company, ended up they PDR the roof and the rest of the car. They found additional hail damage, contacted USAA and had the additional damage added to the claim. Nick worked with us to get the car in and out while we were away so we had no downtime with the car. The work? It is flawless. I can see no evidence of hail dings anywhere! We had hail damage on our poor garageless Subaru. Nick and his team were so great to work with! They explained the process, showed us their shop and made getting the rental while they worked on our car easy. Our insurance adjuster was NOT easy to deal with and she was about to deem our car as totaled, but Nick worked his magic (even though I tried to no avail) to persuade her to lower the estimate so it would NOT be totaled. I have never had to deal with hail damage before so Nick took the time to walk through every step in the process to make sure I understood everything that would be happening. Chase took great care of me once I turned the car over by driving me to pick up a rental and providing updates while it was being fixed. My car came back with every dent fixed plus some added bonuses I wasn't expecting like a fixed taillight, replaced windshield, and a full detail of the interior of my car - all at no cost to me! MHD went above and beyond with their service. I will definitely be recommending them to anyone

I initially responded to a card left on my windshield at work. So happy that I did. My first impression of Nick (owns Mile High) was that he was honest and hardworking. I could not have been happier with my decision to use Mile High. Nick is a perfectionist. My car was returned in excellent condition. Nick works directly with the insurance company, so the process is painless. I have actually used Mile High twice now and when hit again, will reach out to Nick to see where I can fit into his schedule. Most definitely recommend Mile High for anyone's dent repair.

My recent business with Mile High Dents was exceptional! The work they will do on your car is top quality, but beyond that the experience as a whole is really nice. Their shop and waiting areas are clean, inviting and comfortable. Their customer service goes above and beyond. The speed in which they perform the work is fast. The location is central in Denver. Very pleased that I've found a shop that I will undoubtedly return to.

Nick and the crew at MHD was great. It took a while to get in but sooner than anywhere else and when they were done it looked as good as new. When I had an issue with my sensors, they looked at it no charge and even said if there are any charges from the dealer they will take care of it. They were recommended to me by a friend and I'm glad I used them.

My car had pretty heavy hail damage from the big hail storm in early May, with probably 300 dents in it. Just got the car back today, and it looks as good as new. Nick was super transparent through the whole process and kept me up to date with the repairs the whole time. Even though it sounds too good to be true, they really do cover your insurance deductible I didn't have to pay anything for my $8000 repair. Not sure you could find a better company to handle your repairs.

This is the third time I have taken my car to Mile High Dents. They 1) paid my insurance deductible so I didn't pay anything out of pocket 2) filed my claim and did all the work with my insurance company 3) reserved a rental car with my insurance-but they do cover the cost of a rental if your insurance does not 4) gave me a ride to the rental car 5) fixed my car 6) washed it inside and out.

I had a wonderful experience with Mile High Dents. Nick made the entire process so easy by taking care of the insurance claim and the rental car. He kept me updated throughout the week and even took extra steps to help me with some other body repairs. My deductible and car rental were both covered, so I paid nothing! I really enjoyed working with Nick and the guys at Mile High Dents. The job took a little longer than expected due to insurance issues, but Nick was very accommodating and took great care of me and my car throughout the process. I also love that they cover the deductible, that was wonderful. The car itself turned out great! I would recommend them to anyone!

Everyone needs to have a dent repair shop that they can trust living in Denver. I am happy to report that I have found it! My car had some serious hail damage from this summer including some rust on the roof. After months of procrastination and not knowing where to go, Nick was absolutely a lifesaver! They fixed all the dents and even took my car to the paint shop to repaint the roof! My car now looks brand new and dent-free!

I cannot give enough accolades to Mile High Dents. They were incredibly responsive, honest, thorough and friendly. They returned our car looking better than it did before the massive hail storm.
