Services
FACILITY SHIFT WORK: Time Slips are due by the end of each shift. Pay for each day will be processed once charts are verified complete. Time slips and Shift notes are due by the end of each week. Weekly time slips and shift notes should include all shifts worked between Sunday to Saturday, each week.
