Very disappointed by the staffing as a eager to work employee. Company had jobs listed online for immediate job that I was strongly qualified for I personally did another application for the job. Called the following day and asked job was still opened. Staff said she would call me right back I never received a called back. This happened on more than 4 accounts in only 2 months with no employment threw the company. Baton Rouge La Lofton staffing location will never be recommended by me for people who need employment.

Lofton Staffing has been the best employment agency I've ever had the pleasure of using. Not being from this state and coming straight out of high school unfortunately made it extremely hard to find work, but because of them I found an amazing job that I've worked for going on two years now, an awesome boss, and great hourly pay. Every person I've met through Lofton has done nothing but open doors.

Working with lofton Has been a great experience here you will learn how to approach different jobs hands on building your skills with every job learning different trades in the workforce.Lofton is a very good resource when it comes to learning different crafts I recommend this temp service to all young people who are serious and motivated to succeed in life. Very upset with this company. I take a nightly med so I can sleep at night , I have a RX that I do carry from my doctor. I went in for an interview at this company , and was told to take a drug test before I can go to job site and interview with the hiring company. KOOL not a problem , I notified the staff what I was taking and what would show up. When they ran the test , they instructed me to go to a urine analysis just to confirm that my medication is what is showing in my urine. It took about 2 days and when I got call the staff at Lofton said everything is fine. Well I paid $60 for them to

Horrible, I must say , I've been with Lofton almost two years & I haven't got a job over yet .. Lofton has favoritism . They give jobs to who they want too . Never in my life would I recommend anyone to this company . Ms. Gail is a perfect example of someone who has favortisim & I'll be talking to the manager of this place real soon .
