Services
At Allied Psychological Services, we provide both psychotherapy and assessment to address mental health issues in children, adults and families. We have a staff of warm and caring individuals who are invested in your care. We respect and value diversity both in our staff and patients. Proudly serving Las Vegas and the surrounding areas.
Our providers have all been trained trough a Doctor of Psychology program accredited by the American Psychological Association (APA). It's a competitive process and only the top applicants are accepted into these programs. This insures we are all trained with current science based treatments. We know you will feel the difference in education and training when receiving treatment at Allied Psychological Services.
Please call and we will verify that we accept your insurance and that it's active. We will discuss your benefits with you before making your first appointment. Please give us two days to complete this process. We do this to save you time and to avoid surprises when you arrive. This keeps the focus on therapy and provides an overall smoother experience in the office.

Dr. N has been very helpful in helping me cope with past and current situations that challenge my happiness. I always leave with a good feeling about myself and plans to address my situations. His support has been invaluable and if I feel the need, he will squeeze me in before my regular appointments.
Thanks Dr. N

Scheduled an appointment for 2 weeks out as that was the earliest available. The office manager canceled our appointment when she called my insurance and found it was out of network.
We didn't find out until we went and they said we don't have an appointment. The therapist might be great but the office staff is terrible.

Rudest receptionist I’ve ever experienced. Received an email confirmation about an appointment at 10am. Receptionist called me and said I was late at 9:57 exactly. I told her my appointment said “10”. She said she told me way back when i scheduled the appointment that I had to come at 9:30. I don’t remember ever hearing that and it says nothing on the email confirmation. So I call her from the parking lot at 10:01 exactly, asking where their office is as I’ve been in 2 offices at that address and nobody has heard of them. She tells me I have to drive around the back of the building to

I have been a patient of Dr. Norensberg’s for over a year now and cannot say enough good things. He’s helped me process my childhood trauma and given me the tools to better my life. It has all been truly life changing.
In fact, I had such an amazing experience that my teen daughter now sees Dr. Hernandez, who works under Dr. Norensberg in the same office. Her overall progress and improvement have also been amazing!
Even Mari, the receptionist, is awesome! She is always so welcoming and kind when we arrive and she works with our schedule to make sure we have appointments that fit. It’s always

He has helped me with my problems and I feel like I am progressive positively in a short time, thanks to Dr. Norensberg and his staff. Also they are very good with scheduling my appointment quick with no problems.

So I had an appointment with them for 10am this morning. I went to a few different places trying to find this place. I had gotten to the first place 15min early just due to that being how i am. I finally get to the destination at exactly 10am. Another person is in the lobby and the receptionist walks up to him while im standing there and said that since i was late he was getting my appointment!!! She then tells me i now need to wait an hour or come back!!! I made the appointment not him and he just got my appointment for being a walk in??? I wont be wasting my time with this place. Worst receptionist

I had to call and leave messages for multiple weeks just to schedule an appointment. I had to call multiple times to get my intake forms, almost riding down to the line on the appointment and when I went to my first appointment, the doctor had cancelled and I had received no notification. They said they emailed and called me but I made sure they had the correct contact information and I received nothing. I can't speak for the doctors but the reception staff are completely unacceptable.

I did not like the attitude of the short, skinny mexican girl with the long hair that was at the front desk. She needs to learn how to talk to people. She must be a patient there also because one simple question required a "sigh" and a finger on the forehead as if it took too many brain cells to answer the question. So, I am deducting one star because of her. Other than her rudeness, I enjoyed my visit with the psychiatrist. It's a major step up from "Central Psychiatry." The small waiting room did have a musty smell though.
