Receptionist Ashley very rude.
Client asked," is this 108."
Ashley replied ," That's what it says on the door" In a aggressive, rude tone of voice.
That's not a calm or proper way to communicate with clients.
Ashley replied, "we're very firm here.
Dr. Office should be a kind friendly environment. With care and concern for other's mentally and physically as emotionally.
This woman is just getting a paycheck.
Know's nothing about,
LOVE AND CARE.

REFUSED TO CHANGE HER TONE OF VOICE.
Her body language and her eyes 👀.

Dr. Bonnie Brown has been a driving force of helping, just as many at Integrated has been. She knows how to spot problem areas and work on them. She definitely encourages you to do what you can do at the best you can do. Integrated definitely gets a 5 star in my book. 7 years of service. Dr. Brown is that great.

I went to Intergrated Psychology Solutions every two weeks for several years. Never once did I wait longer than 5-10 mins. The receptionist is efficient and accommodating. I really feel lucky that I found them. It took me 30 yrs to find a therapist I truly liked! The other doctors are great as well. Last but not least, the office is clean and comfortable too. I recommend it highly.

Our family needs outside support to put the pieces of life back together. We are seeking the support of the psychiatrist here for the answers that maybe we need in order to help aid in the healing process. My oldest son is the patient being seen here and needs some outside advise to help the grief process. He is finally ready to begin this journey and this is the reason for the visit.
When we pulled into the parking lot the outside building where the psychiatrist is located it is gorgeous. It has that Southern mansion feel to it. The designers used great detail and thought on the building. The
