This Oak Cliff tax office has welcoming vibes from the moment you walk in. The office manager greets you from afar and makes sure you get settled in. There are snacks and beverages conveniently located in the front for you to enjoy while you wait or keep a kid smiling. My tax preparer Taylor made my filing very smooth and pleasant. She has such a positive disposition when explaining everything. She was even engaging with my child and offered things to keep my 6 year old involved in the filing process. That was really sweet.
