I used Kurz Group to advocate on my behalf for a commercial property in Roanoke. They initially got a reduction in taxes that was not very exciting. But then they came to me with the idea of filing suit to argue in court for a lower assessment due to a precedent I would have had no knowledge of, had they not been my advocate. The net result was a reduction of over 11% in the tax bill. I can't say enough good things about Kurz Group and Allen Shryock, and how they stepped in for me, and made this a great experience.
