Mario came to our new house that was a fixer-upper and gave us all our options and his opinions. He spent plenty of time explaining everything thoroughly. We decided on refinishing the original floors and he and his team did an amazing job. The floors look brand new. We get lots of compliments from our friends and family. They did a beautiful job on the floor and were able to make the baseboard look better than new too. We have pre finished engineered wood floors which have their own special headaches when it comes to renewing them, and Mario new exactly what was needed.
Just a heads up for anyone with the same kind of flooring - wait longer than you think for the new finish to cure. We waited 2-3 days and really should have waited at least 4 days after application.

I don’t often leave reviews unless something about the company/job was quite remarkable, one way or the other.
This company, and the team they brought to the job, was outstanding. The quality of the work is top notch. The team is made up of well-mannered professionals. And the price was very reasonable.
The hardwood flooring throughout my property sustained significant damage from tenant’s cats. It was so disheartening.
I scheduled Mario and his team for the initially planned work, but once the tenants were finally evicted, we discovered the scope of work needed was much larger. Mario’s
