The lady at front desk was alert, jubilant and eager to help, we negotiated and I got a great deal on my flooring.
Worth the drive to their location to view the available styles and they offer great tips on what to buy.

Like the products here. The wood floors are from the same factory with lowe's suppliers, but with a lower price. I'm happy with the varieties~~~~and for the service, they're super professional, with both English and Chinese. Compare the products with lowe's, you will find here is a better choice. Strongly recommended.

Great selection! Will definitely come again and recommend! I came in looking for my floor for my first home. I was treated very nicely and was shown many options. I also bought our trimmings and floor glue and everything needed for our floors and installations. Prices are reasonable, great customer service. I was really impressed by the wide selection, from dark to light to solid wood and engineered. I learned a lot about floors in my short visit. Super simple, efficient, and helpful.

Was looking for modern flooring, checked out their website first and saw good American brands like Mohawk. The white washed flooring was my ideal floor. I have two kids and got Mohawk laminate. I feel safe with my purchase and product is very durable. Customer service was great. David helped explain products in detail and answered all my questions. The whole process was stress free and good experience. Definitely would recommend.

I visited flooring stores on site and online, but still could not find one that meets all my criteria. Thankfully, I found global wood on Yelp, and I'm relieved of my flooring woes. I ended up with floors for a price that I could have gotten online if not better. But unlike the online stores, I am sure that global wood is an authorized reseller. So if there are issues with the product, you could easily make a claim through them as well.

Came to this neighborhood family owne store, they are super friendly, especially owner Debby, we forgot bring our moldings measurement, the whole family keeped their store open until our returned, of course we purchased our laminate floor there. Keep up the good service!
