OEA completed general environmental permitting, compliance, and reporting consultation for numerous chemical storage facilities owned by Client A. Scope of work included completion of emissions calculations for annual reporting, and impact assessment modeling for materials kept on site.
Managed Prevention of Significant Deterioration (PSD) permitting project, including BACT analyses, environmental impact evaluations and participation in public hearings.Aspects of the permitting project were reviewed by State environmental protection agency and the USEPA.
