These guys are awesome. We had Jared come out to our house to spray for carpenter ants and to give me a class on trapping moles. He showed up early for the appointment. He was very professional and thorough in explaining what he was going to do. He answered all our questions and was extremely patient. Ants are gone. I caught a mole the very next day after my class with him. I also liked that the company will bill you as opposed to pressuring you to pay right then and there.

I called late on a Monday night and received a call back by early the next morning and their technician, Jared, was at our place the next day to get us taken care of. I really appreciated his professionalism as well as his advice and knowledge of how to deal with our rodent situation. The company places urgency on cases where a deceased rodent needs to be removed quickly. Overall it was a good experience; they are clear with their prices and also what services they can or can't provide. I would definitely use their services if I had any pest issues in the future.

Called and talked to Dave about a bird problem in my ceiling. We’ve also had some wasps around. After talking over the details of options and pricing we decided I could try a potential solution with myself or a handy person and call back with any questions or if we needed to hire one of the technicians here. I feel confident in my choices and will absolutely call this service if I ever have any questions or pest needs again. Very cool people.

Started off as what I thought was a great service. Signed up for the monthly rotation. Once there was a problem I called 3 times and was told I never left a message nor called. Then when I got through I was told they would call me the next day. Never got a call. A Week later still had issues so ended up canceling for them not keeping up with the agreement. Still paid my last month for an ineffective treatment. Wish you the best of luck.

A few years back the Bug Man was working for a neighbor on our street, and I Asked the Bug Man what the cost would be for him to complete a particular service for me. His immediate response was a smart-alecky "a million dollars." That swiftly ended any thought of my ever doing business with this guy who would be so dismissive and disdainful concerning a new contact. First impressions matter, and I have a very long memory.

I have to say that I have never felt like I wasted so much money or talked to someone so rude and sure of himself. I contracted the bug man for about 3years. My carpenter ant problem was never resolved and in fact over the 3 years seamed to get worse. He said there was no way anything was getting past his chemicals and was blaming our trees. So we cut down all the trees that were near our house. The problem still was not resolved. I called again to complain and he blamed it on something I was doing. And to tell the truth maybe his chemicals were great, but I have my suspicions that when someone
