Chuck Haselwood opens up his first used car dealership in downtown Bremerton on 6th Street. He offers what was unheard of at the time - a 30-Day Warranty on all of his used cars. Haselwood acquires the Toyota franchise which was placed into the Buick location. Kia franchise was acquired and was one of the first 25 dealerships in the Country.

Recently I decided to replace my 2008 Chevrolet Equinox. I decided it was time to break my two cardinal rules of cars - never buy a used car or a black one. We've bought several cars from West Hills and never had an issue. However, we bought a car and the financing dept falsely represented an add on called Xpel. We were told it would cover any dings to the front end of our car. We had a rock chip and was told since it chipped the paint it wasn't a covered incident. Why would you ever get rock chip protection if it's not covered because it damaged the paint????
We highly discourage anyone from purchasing their Xpel protection. It is not what they represent and is a waste of money.
