Tables are very old, worn and some should have never left the building in the condition they were in. A partial refund was given for one table and I was told the other table which had screws missing and kept falling down was fine. I could not use that table either. I was totally disappointed with the exchange with the person who took my call. The rep made it seem as if I was lying about an extremely old table that was broken. Like seriously, one table was taped around the edges to hold the seal. As an equipment rental company, please note not everyone is just throwing a standard tablecloth on the

All Event Party Rentals from Media, PA did a FABULOUS job in helping us create a beautiful environment for our outdoor wedding, they arrived in the timeframe stated, set up the tent and delivered the items ordered in a respectful manner. I just experienced one of their drivers today, talking on the phone while driving a large truck, coming from the opposite direction. He swerved the truck in front of me, causing me to have to slam on the breaks. There was literally no one behind me, so he could have easily waited 5 seconds to make a safe turn. If this is the type of people this company employees, there is no way I would hire them to come anywhere near my home or family. By reading some of the other reviews, seems this is par for the course at this company.

Extremely unprofessional! Spoke with a lovely young lady to reserve some furniture for a small outdoor wedding reception. Due to inclement weather we had to reschedule our event. I called to see what our options are and possibility of a partial refund. A very rude man refused to cooperate and proceeded to hang up the phone on me. I called back and he ignored my phone call. After calling a second time he answered the phone and said he will not give a partial refund and if we wanted to pick up the table Cloths we already paid for he wants a deposit for $150 because he doesn’t think we will return

Terrible service! As an event planner with my own business I cannot believe how inconsiderate and just not flexible they are.
Rented some chairs and tables for a meeting (non delivered) and unfortunately I had no way of returning them at that moment. I called to see if I could PAY pickup since it was due soon. The lady was very cold and did not want to give me some way to have the chairs and tables I get picked up. It was frustrating and just plain bad business from their end. I mean, someone is willing to pay you up to $80 to get a pick up and you have no lead way? You have to idea what happened

We had a horrible experience with the Media store. It started with the blond boss lady greeting us with "is that your truck? The tables won't fit."
Um, Hi. How are you? (btw, the man that loaded up our truck was wonderful and fit all 7 tables and 50 chairs in.)
We unloaded the tables at home and I thought I'd just raided a trash dumpster for them. Seriously. I called the next day to complain and was told "Well it's our busy season, so you got the dregs."

NEVER, EVER, EVER use this place! Customer Service sucks! They told me originally they would be there before my event started, then they got my money. On the day of the event, I called back just to double check the time, then they told me they could not give me a time for my delivery, ON THE DAY OF THE EVENT. One hour rolls by, then two, three, four now I'm in full panic mode! Thank god, this wasn't a wedding event, but equally as important. Usually I'm more thorough. I should have done more research. Timing and I guess I was impressed by the website too….”what glitters, isn't always gold”
