Services
1 Backyard parties and block parties require a deposit when placing a order. YOUR ONLINE ORDER IS NOT CONFIRMED UNTILL YOU RECEIVE A CALL OR EMAIL CONFIRMATION FROM THE OFFICE WITH IN 24 HRS. IF THE ITEM YOU ORDERED IS OUT OF STOCK YOU CAN REQUEST A DEPOSIT REFUND OR CHOOSE OTHER ITEM. 2 Schools, Churches, Corporate Events call for Deposit amounts.
If your backyard party is on Friday or Saturday all deliveries are on Wednesday or Thursday. We will contact you the week of the party to arrange delivery of your rental equipment. Your equipment is for a one-day rental. As an extra bonus when the equipment is delivered and set up the children can use and play on the equipment.
We provide a 50ft extension cord, all though not recommended but if the outlet/power source is farther then that you are responsible for a second extension cord. If you do not have one we can provide one for an extra cost. Due to high delivery demands, the day of set up you will receive a call an hour before delivery from the delivery driver.

This company gets 5 stars for responsiveness, patience and professionalism. I was on the fence due to lack of reviews and how far they were from me. There were other local companies that provided bounce houses but I decided to go with this company after my interactions with Dennis. He answered all my questions quickly and patiently guided me with the online payment. (Was having technical issues on my end). The obstacle course was delivered a couple days in advance, it was clean and well cared for. The dunk tank was delivered the day of with enough time for preparation. The delivery drivers were
