PLEASE READ : This firm preys on your misfortunes. By over promising and under delivering, as I retained them under the guise that they would help me see my daughter again. And after I made my last payment, they stopped answering my calls, and blamed covid. They even had me file some of my own motions, if not , they would've charged me even more. Disgusting practice. Wasted over $6500.

We used Philip with a litigation issue that we thought was a problem. We just got everything taken care of and Phil was able to do it fast and where the client that had the issue was also happy. What I liked about what he did was reason with the client and made them understand what the situation was so we could take care of it. Great attorney and great staff.

Mr. Schwartz belongs on an episode of "American Greed". And labeling him as dishonest would be an understatement. Mr.Schwartz is plaguing our court system, he is the definition of a parasite. After I retained him (charged me $8,900 over a few months), he advised me to falsify some of my own Domestic Violence motions to help my Divorce/ Custody case strategy play out. Waste of time. If you're looking for results, please do your due diligence and stay away from this waste of a JD.

Phil and his staff are incredible. They are busy but they always help me stay connected with reality during a really aweful time in life with a divorce.
