When the agent herself says you may want to have another agency on back up
Not even knowing that my insurance had been canceled for 5 months it took my lender to say hey somethings wrong.
I contact my agent and I’m told “not much I can do”
Get lender and agent on phone. All three of us determined the insurance company and the title company have made a issue. To proceed and find me new insurance
5 days later the agency is still trying to get the insurance that did not inform me or my lender I had no insurance.
At this moment I’m officially mad. I needed insurance mistake or not I need

I have been a customer for many years with Spickelmier Insurance. I started off with auto and home insurance because my brother in-law recommended that I go here.
