I have had my dishwasher fixed twice (separate issues!) by appliance medic and the service was great. Setting up the appointment was easy, they always return your calls. Doug was very intelligent and knowledgeable. He quickly diagnosed our problem and recommended the best, cost effective solution. He also educated me on many pertinent issues related to our dryer. I have used Appliance Medic twice: Once for a dryer, and once for a dishwasher. I will definitely use them again. Doug was the tech both times. Scheduling was in a timely fashion. Both times I received a call 15 minutes before he was to be there. He was very knowledgeable and efficient in diagnosing and completing the work.
