Kevin is outstanding! Really knows his stuff. Unfortunately I had to have three items repaired over the course of a couple of months. Kevin works very efficiently, doesn't waste any time and does just what is necessary to fix the problem. He was also kind enough to give advice on preventing some of the problems in the future. Highly recommended!

I had a great experience with Appliance Service of Lexington today. I received a courtesy call 15 minutes prior to arrival, which was nice. Kevin diagnosed my problem within 15 minutes, had the part on hand, made the repair and was gone in less than an hour. He was very nice and knowledgeable. The price was right and I couldn't be more satisfied.
