Rachel was amazing to work with. She helped me find an affordable place quickly, answered all my questions and even showed up after hours when I ran late to our meeting! Highly recommend her and the company! We have been renting a house from Great American Reality and Investments for the past year and it has been a very positive experience. Rachel is very nice and a pleasure to work with, but be sure to ask for a copy of the lease prior to spending ANY money. The first term states that the landlord can terminate the lease early and you have to be out in 60 days! What good is a lease that only guarantees you 2 months of having a home! BEWARE! In response to the answer that was given to me, no...not every lease has such a term. I am now asking every leasing agent to show me a copy of their standard leases and the two that I have received have no such verbiage. If a unit is sold, most places allow the renter to complete their lease as

We built a duplex in Citrus County for my adult children to live in. After they moved on I tried renting the units on my own. What a disaster!! I saw a Great American Reality sign at another duplex and called. I am so so glad that I did. Rachel, the property manager came buy to talk and inspect. It was fast getting into a place to rent. As soon as I let them know I had an issue they took care of it extremely fast. I think sometimes people forget that when you rent a place a company isn’t always aware of things a past renter could have done before you. What’s important is when they are quick to respond and they responded extremely quickly, I was amazed! I’d recommend renting from here.

I feel privileged just to know them. They go out of their way to accommodate any problems that may arise or even just to have a conversation with. They make time for you. I’ve been renting from them for 3 years now and if I put in a work order they respond within the hour or less and take care of the problem immediately. I have not had any major issues within the apartment and the neighbors are great too. The maintenance on the exterior is impeccable. If I ask for anything as far as inside/outside and is within reason I’m allowed. Great place to rent

GAR is a great local company for rental properties and also if you’re looking to buy or sell a house. The office staff is friendly and polite. The owner is very honest and very fair. I recently put a property of mine up for rent. I inquired with other local property management companies but none of them felt like they we’re looking out for my best interest.
