Very friendly staff. Most of their work is cosmetic in nature. My only concern is that the doctor and the assistant (CNA?) Didn't work well together. The assistant didn't seem to have the knowledge and perhaps the skill set needed to do what they were doing. And the patient room was not conducive / set up well to allow the medical procedures, with her knocking things over and not knowing where to put stuff, it was a comedy of errors.
To reiterate, everyone was friendly, nice, and attentive... things were just not well thought out.

I got my initial vaccine here. All the horror stories are true (put in a tiny room with several people to receive vaccine, told to wait in our car 15 min with no nurse or dr in sight — just told to call if something bad happened), facility looked dirty, vaccines were in a cardboard box, no refrigerator to be seen, etc). Very sketch and not surprised that the state shut them down.

Avoid this place! I would NEVER receive any services or care here again after this clinic was reprimanded and shut down by the state for improper vaccine handing in the middle of a pandemic.
Thousands of vaccines had to be thrown away and patients re-vaccinated due to this clinic's shady, unsafe practices. I received two doses of the Pfizer vaccine here and was later informed they were considered ineffective because this clinic didn't store the vaccines properly. I thought I was all vaccinated and had been visiting with others, and the news that this place messed up the vaccines was so infuriating

Avoid at all cost!! This is the facility that was shut down for not having proper refrigeration and record keeping for Covid vaccines. I can attest the way it was run was like nothing you’d ever imagine. It was so unprofessional. The owner was telling people to go straight past the check-in guy so I almost didn’t get my vaccine card. Half of the people didn’t. They put several people in a small room together and had us walk up and she just shot us in the arm and we walked out. The vaccinates were just thrown about in a massive cardboard box. I got my first COVID 19 shot here, which was later shut down by the health department due to possible improper storage of the vaccine. My first shot was deemed possibly ineffective, which delayed my vaccination schedule and possibly leaving me open to getting the virus in the meantime. Now, they’ve tried to charge my insurance company for the one immunization FOUR times. My insurance company did cover the first charge, which I don’t think they even should’ve done in the first place since I had to get two further shots afterwards. Not sure how this establishment managed to get google to remove every single non-5 star review, including mine. Here it is again!
Apparently, I’m not the only one who had an appointment, drove here for hours, only to be turned away. No follow up to reschedule.
Reading other reviews, mine was not the worst experience. This was apparently a regular occurrence. The unsafe practices and outright violations... perhaps I’m the lucky one!
