If I could give 0 stars I would. Sure, Michelle is nice, but she's just the one who schedules you. I paid hundreds of dollars (close to a thousand) for 3 areas of IPLs for hyperpigmentation with a kind nurse who unfortunately isn't there anymore. Anyone who's ever done IPLs knows there will have to be follow-up visits to get all the spots that weren't hit the first or even second time. Large areas + small wand. I paid for very large areas - chest, shoulders and both arms. So of course I would need more passes than just the first or even second to get everything. I am not new to the IPL scene -
