Chris Barymow of RenovationOne is the quintessential building professional. I had a privilege to work with Chris on few projects, from small remodelings to major renovations.
He is thoroughly knowledgeable in all aspects of residential construction, very attentive to details and a great communicator. On a personal level, I find him to be pragmatic, collective, and approachable. The quality of his work and service are hard to beat, not to mention the 2-year warranty which is double the industry standard!

We just completed a renovation with Chris Barymow and Renovation One. I often find when reading negative reviews that it sounds like people have an ax to grind. In this case, I'll simply state the facts. We installed a generator in our house, and Chris told us where it would be located. Unfortunately, his information was incorrect. Had we known this ahead of time, we would have wired it differently so it could be placed elsewhere. Unfortunately, by the time this was discovered, it was too late. He also told us that we would need a separate room for our electrical panels, and built this out, decreasing

Chris at RenovationOne didn't just add on to our house, he added on to our home. He thought of everything that would be important to our family, even if it wasn't in our architect's plans, and made sure it was executed on professionally, timely, and on budget. He built a master suite, a bedroom/office and an upstairs laundry room above our garage and first floor back room.
